Remote access to electronic information sources via a PROXY server is available to students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree studies at Rzeszów University as well as to full-time University Staff, making it possible for tchem to use databases as well as periodicals and books in electronic form directly from the Library home page, also from computers outside the University network (e.g. from home computers).

Login with a personal identification numer and the given password.

The regulations of remote access to electronic information sources of the Rzeszów University Central Library via a PROXY server

  1. Remote access to electronic information sources via a PROXY server is available to students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree studies at Rzeszów University as well as to full-time University staff who have an active library account.
  2. To get remote access to electronic information sources you should fill in an electronic form available at the Library website www and get in person your password at the Scientific Information Department. The name of the user is a personal identification numer.
  3. The allowed password can’t be made available to third parties.
  4. Users who get remote access to electronic information sources commit themselves to using them for own research, educational and cognitive purposes only.
  5. Users who get remote access to electronic information sources commit themselves to complying with copyright laws and licence agreements. Printing and copying whole issues of magazines or conference materials is prohibited, and the numer of downloaded articles at one time ahould correspond with real needs for research and education.
  6. Violation of conditions of remote access to electronic information sources mentioned above (item 3 to 5) results in cancellation of the authority granted.
