Anybody who has got the electronic library card or activated students card (ELS) can use the University Library collection. The detailed rules concerning how to use the collection are described in the Regulations
You can enroll in the University Library in person. You have to come with your identity card and credit book (students) or job certificate (Rzeszow University staff), fill it the appropriate form and get your library card.
By means of the card you can enter all the reading rooms.
